Session and fees
I work in a trauma-informed and body-based way that allows deeper patterns to shift, often beyond what words alone can reach. You do not need to know which approach you need. We simply start where you are and work with what unfolds.
My fees reflect the level of training, experience, and the specialised nature of this work within the Australian therapy landscape.
If you are booking your intial session with me please book the 90min initial session and complete the online intake form.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Sessions
If your workplace provides access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you may be able to access counselling sessions with me through your EAP provider.
I work with a number of EAP providers, and this may change over time. If you would like to see me specifically, contact your workplace’s EAP provider and ask whether Edwina Van Der Westhuizen at Beyond Talk Therapy is currently part of their provider network.
If I am not currently listed with your EAP provider, you can also ask whether they are able to approve me as your preferred counsellor or add me to their provider network.
EAP sessions are generally funded by your employer through their EAP provider, so the number and length of sessions available will depend on your workplace’s particular arrangement.
