Deep work for REAL change
How I work
My work is integrative and tailored. This means I draw from a range of psychotherapy, neuroscience informed and body based approaches to meet you where you are.
You do not need to choose a method before your session. We work with what is most supportive for your nervous system, your goals and what is emerging in the moment.
Some sessions are reflective and insight based.
Some are more body focused and regulating.
Most are a blend of both.
This allows the work to be practical, deep and effective.

Integrative and Brief Therapy Focus
My work is focused and practical.
I am often described as a brief therapist because many clients begin to experience meaningful change within a small number of sessions.
This is not because we avoid the hard work.
It is because we work at the right level, with the right tools, at the right pace. I want to give you the tools you can use for life and to change your life.

Psychotherapy & Counselling
Psychotherapy provides a structured and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and relationship patterns.
We look at what is happening in your life now, what is being triggered, and what may be sitting underneath these patterns.
This work helps with:
-
Anxiety and overthinking
-
Low mood and motivation
-
Self doubt and inner criticism
-
Relationship challenges
-
Life transitions
-
Boundary and identity issues
Psychotherapy supports understanding, clarity and conscious choice. It helps you make sense of your internal world and create change in a grounded, practical way.

Family Constellations

Family, systemic and relational patterns can strongly influence how we think, feel and relate.
I use Family Constellations as an insight based lens to understand how roles, loyalties and unresolved family dynamics may still be shaping present day behaviour.
This may support awareness around:
-
Repeating relationship patterns
-
Parent–child dynamics
-
Emotional burdens that do not feel fully yours
-
Unconscious loyalty or responsibility
This work is integrated in a grounded and practical way, rather than as a standalone workshop process.

Somatic Work
Your nervous system and body hold experiences that words alone cannot always touch.
Somatic work focuses on helping the body feel safer, more settled and more regulated.
This may involve:
-
Noticing physical sensations
-
Gentle grounding and orienting
-
Tracking emotional responses in the body
-
Supporting the nervous system to come out of survival responses
Somatic work is especially supportive for people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, flooded, numb or stuck in cycles of stress and reactivity.
As the body settles, the mind often follows.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a neuroscience informed approach that works directly with the brain’s natural processing systems.
By using specific eye positions linked to emotional and neurological activation, it allows material to be processed at a deeper level than talk alone.
Brainspotting can be helpful for:
-
Trauma and shock
-
Anxiety and panic
-
Overwhelm and burnout
-
Blocks and performance issues
-
Long standing emotional patterns
It is a focused, contained and powerful process that works gently yet deeply.

Parts Work
Parts Work is a way of understanding the different inner aspects of you that hold emotions, beliefs and protective strategies.
For example, a part may be responsible for people pleasing, another for anger, another for withdrawal or control.
Rather than trying to get rid of these parts, we approach them with curiosity and respect.
This helps you understand:
-
Why certain reactions keep repeating
-
What your protective strategies are trying to do for you
-
Where inner conflict comes from
-
How to respond to yourself with more clarity and compassion
Parts Work is especially helpful for people who feel torn, reactive, stuck or conflicted inside.

EFT Tapping
EFT Tapping is a practical method for reducing emotional intensity and regulating the nervous system.
It combines focused attention with gentle tapping on specific points on the body.
EFT can support:
-
Anxiety and racing thoughts
-
Emotional overwhelm
-
Stress and tension
-
Intrusive memories or fears
-
Big emotional responses
Tapping helps the body settle enough for insight and integration to occur. It is often blended with psychotherapy to support both regulation and reflection.

Couples Approaches
Couples therapy provides a structured and supportive space to understand the patterns, communication styles and emotional dynamics that shape your relationship. Many couples seek support not only when things feel difficult, but also when they want to strengthen connection, improve communication and grow together in a more conscious way.
My couples work draws from evidence based and relational approaches including Gottman Method, Hendrix, attachment based therapy and systemic understanding. This allows sessions to be practical, emotionally grounded and tailored to the unique dynamics of each partnership.
Couples sessions may support:
-
Communication and conflict patterns
-
Emotional safety and trust
-
Intimacy and connection
-
Parenting differences and family stress
-
Repair after rupture, betrayal or withdrawal
-
Repeating relationship cycles
-
Navigating life transitions together
We look not only at what is happening between you now, but also at the emotional responses, nervous system patterns and relational histories that influence how you relate to each other.

Couples work can be short term and focused, or supportive over a longer period depending on your needs and goals.

Business and Workplace Support
I provide individual and organisational support for people in business and professional environments who are navigating stress, leadership challenges, team dynamics and performance pressure.
This work is informed by psychotherapy, systems thinking and trauma-informed practice, and may include:
-
Leadership support and decision making
-
Workplace stress and burnout
-
Communication challenges
-
Team dynamics and relational conflict
-
Organisational pattern awareness
-
High responsibility or high pressure roles
Business and workplace work may involve:
-
One-to-one support for leaders, managers and professionals
-
Consulting around team and relational dynamics
-
Support during periods of organisational change
The focus is always on clear thinking, regulated nervous systems, relational effectiveness and sustainable performance.

Coaching
Coaching is a forward-focused, practical process that supports clarity, direction and conscious decision making. It is ideal for people who are functioning well in many areas of life but feel stuck, uncertain, overwhelmed or at a crossroads.
Coaching sessions focus on:
-
Clarifying goals and priorities
-
Navigating life transitions
-
Strengthening boundaries and decision making
-
Building confidence and internal alignment
-
Moving out of repeating patterns
-
Supporting leadership and personal responsibility
Coaching with me is grounded in psychological understanding, nervous system awareness and systemic insight. This means we work with both your practical goals and the emotional and relational patterns that influence how you show up.
Some people use coaching on its own.
Others blend coaching with psychotherapy depending on what is needed at different stages of their journey.
