Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping is a practical method for reducing emotional intensity and regulating the nervous system.

It combines focused attention with gentle tapping on specific points on the body.

 

EFT can support:

  • Anxiety and racing thoughts

  • Emotional overwhelm

  • Stress and tension

  • Intrusive memories or fears

  • Big emotional responses
     

Tapping helps the body settle enough for insight and integration to occur. It is often blended with psychotherapy to support both regulation and reflection.
